the need for convincing has been minimized
failure to be satisfied criticized

evidence points toward nothing
and that proves that nothing will ever be true
so now you fall back on your dogma
and sadly your dogma revolves around you
explanations must be simple
the simplest conclusion must always be drawn
the rules always have their exceptions
if nothing is proven then nothing is wrong

the theory you love is the one you support
that won’t be enough for me I demand more
the value of evidence won’t be reduced
won’t settle for less I will not be seduced
